.DISCUSSION...
Prolonged 7+ day dry spell likely continues through the end of
October into early November. Patchy dense fog this morning will
gradually lift/scatter out giving way to a sunny afternoon. A
mainly dry cold frontal passage late tonight into Friday morning
will be accompanied by breezy conditions into Friday. Minimum
relatively humidity will be marginally low during the afternoon
over the next few days. Fuel moisture levels are drying out
sufficiently per PA Forestry partners to potentially support a
coordinated/targeted wildfire spread statement Friday.
