.DISCUSSION...
Another warm, dry day is on tap for today, with minimum RH
values locally 25-35% this afternoon. However, winds look
light once again, generally 10-15 mph or less.
Rain is expected to slowly overspread the Commonwealth from
west to east on Tuesday. The rain will be beneficial, with
many location picking up 0.25-1.00" of rain by Wed morning.
Drier weather returns for Wednesday into Friday and perhaps
over the weekend as well. Minimum afternoon RH values will
return to the 25-35% range, and perhaps even a bit lower by
Thursday. Much of the northern tier counties will likely
experience a widespread freeze and other areas should get a
widespread frost or freeze on Thursday and Friday mornings.
Friday should be the coldest morning.
