.DISCUSSION...
A nor`easter will languish along and off the NJ/Long Island
coasts into Monday. The storm will cause rain to move in from the
east and make gusty winds. Rainfall will mainly be confined to the
east of State College; however, some light rain will sneak into
western Pennsylvania on Sunday. The strongest wind gusts up to
40-50 mph are expected throughout the Susquehanna Valley,
especially across higher elevations. Tranquil conditions begin to
prevail on Monday and continue through the middle of the week.
