.DISCUSSION...
Skies will be mostly cloudy to overcast across the bulk of the
region into the late morning hours with isolated to scattered
brief, light rain showers falling over Central and Northern
Pennsylvania.
Look for increasing sunshine and a light southerly wind
developing for for the midday and afternoon hours, along
with milder temperatures.
MinRH around 30% is forecast this afternoon from the ANF
southward along the Allegheny Plateau into the Laurel Highlands.
A few to several rounds of gusty rain showers and a possible
thunderstorm will precede and accompany a cold frontal passage
through the area later Sunday afternoon into Sunday night.
Winds from the south will continue to increase ahead of the
front and and gust between 30 and 40 mph during the late
morning and afternoon hours Sunday.
Breezy/windy conditions will continue into Monday behind the
front with a seasonably cooler northwest flow.
