Off and on rainfall across most of PA through Tuesday, and SW PA
into Wed will keep the ground and fuels moist. Northern PA will be
drier, but afternoon RHs will only bottom out in the mid 40s
there. A mainly dry forecast is the call for Thursday right
through the weekend.
