.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will continue to move slowly to the east
becoming centered over the ocean Sun and halting there.
This should direct the wind to come out of the S more-
consistently on Sun and Mon. But, it should continue to
be light. Lots of sun each day will likely continue to
dry the fuels and more leaves will be falling.
The relative humidity will drop into the upper 20s and
30s for all of Central PA on Sunday. Values will drop
lowest over the Allegheny Plateau. But, without much
wind, the threat for Red Flag conditions is nil.
The next chance for rain will come ahead of and along a
cold front as it cross the Commonwealth from NW to SE
later Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night.
A return to dry weather with low RHs is then expected
for the rest of the week and perhaps through the weekend.
