.DISCUSSION...
A large high pressure area overhead will keep the wind light
today and tomorrow. There is just a 20 percent chance of a
shower across the far west this afternoon.
Relative humidity levels will dip into the 40s over much of
Central PA this afternoon, with some mid-30s between State
College and Bradford. RH on Wednesday afternoon will be
5 to 10 percent lower than today with widespread 30s and lower
40s. But, since the wind will be light, red flag conditions
are not anticipated.
A cold front will pass through Thursday and Thursday evening,
causing widespread showers and thunderstorms. An inch of rain
is possible in a few spots, with most places getting only a
quarter of an inch.
