.DISCUSSION...
A nor`easter tracking toward/stalling out near the NJ/Long Island
coast will bring increasing clouds, gusty winds, and periods of
rain this weekend. Rainfall should be mainly confined to central
and particularly eastern portions of the forecast area. The
strongest wind gusts up to 40 mph are expected throughout the
Susquehanna Valley. Conditions will improve by the middle of next
week as the nor`easter moves into the Canadian Maritimes.
