.DISCUSSION...

Note: Added all weather elements to the fcst, as I did not see
any on the request.

Clear skies will prevail this evening. A light breeze from
the southeast will prevail early on.

A cold front will drop across the forecast area Tuesday night.
Clouds thicken up tonight and showers move into the west
before sunrise. Several rounds of showers are expected through
the day in the NW, waiting until afternoon and evening over
the SE. The rain will be beneficial, with many locations
picking up 0.25-1.00" of rain by Wed morning.

Drier weather returns for Wednesday into Friday and perhaps
over the weekend as well. Minimum afternoon RH values will
return to the 25-35% range, and perhaps even a bit lower by
Thursday. Much of the northern tier counties will likely
experience a widespread freeze and other areas should get a
widespread frost or freeze on Thursday and Friday mornings.
Friday should be the coldest morning.
