Unseasonably mild through Friday with weeks-long dry spell coming
to an end as periods of rain move in Wednesday night through Thursday,
along and ahead of a cold front.

Sunshine will be mixed with variable amounts of mid level clouds today
Winds will be relatively light and from the south with any gusts
limited to under 12 mph.

Clear to partly cloudy for tonight with a very light south to southeast
wind.

Even slightly milder temperatures will occur on Wednesday as a
south to southeasterly wind freshens with gusts into the 20 to 25
mph range during the late morning and afternoon hours.
