.DISCUSSION...

Strong high pressure still noses down into PA from the N and
will keep it dry and mostly sunny today. The light NE wind will
get a little stronger through the day, but top out at 8-9 MPH with
gusts into the mid teens.

Clouds will increase tonight and Wed as deep moisture flows
northward ahead of a storm developing in the TN Valley and
southern Appalachians.

That storm will bring a widespread, soaking rainfall of 1-2"
to almost all of Central PA Wed night into Friday morning.
The wind will get gusty Thursday night and Friday. Chilly,
blustery weather is in store for the weekend.
