.DISCUSSION...

High pressure overhead will yield several more days without
rainfall. A cold front is expected to drop across the state on
Friday. However, it looks much like the one that passed on
Monday...dry.

Minimum RH values will be well above critical thresholds today and
Thursday. Then, drier air and breezy conditions (gusts 15-20mph
in NW PA) are expected on Friday afternoon. Saturday will see low
RH again but lighter winds.

Moisture will increase on Sunday ahead of our next weather system,
pushing RH values back above 40%. Rain arrives Sunday night with a
pattern change keeping precipitation in the forecast for next
week.
