.DISCUSSION...
The cold frontal boundary that drifted slowly south across
Pennsylvania Friday afternoon into early this morning
will stall out across northern portions of West Virginia
and Virginia today, through the upcoming Father`s Day Weekend.

Several rounds of showers and isolated thunderstorms will begin
this afternoon or evening and continue Saturday and Sunday.
Locally heavy rain of over one inch per hour will occur in some
places, especially where a few thunderstorms train across the
same locations.

                    showers late in the afternoon. Slight chance of
                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
