.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions are expected at the site today with cloudy
conditions this morning turning sunny between 12PM and 2PM. After
2PM, sunny conditions are almost certain through 10PM this evening
when clouds will begin to increase. Minimum relative humidity is
forecast to be around 30%, with some potential for relative
humidity to dip slightly below 30% (floor around ~27%) between 1PM
and 4PM this afternoon. Gusts today will gradually shift from
easterly to southerly this afternoon, with maximum wind gusts
pushing closer to 10 mph after 3PM.

Chances for precipitation and expansive cloud cover increase
rapidly after 4AM and become likely after 7AM with a wintry mix
expected at onset through the morning hours. Freezing rain appears
the most likely precipitation type before a transition to rain,
which will continue through Tuesday evening.
