.DISCUSSION...
High pressure over the area will keep it sunny and dry with light
winds again today.
Relative humidity levels will dip into the 30s and lower 40s over
much of central PA this afternoon. But, since winds will be
light, Red Flag conditions are not anticipated.
A cold front will pass through the state Thursday and Thursday
evening bringing much higher relative humidities and supporting
widespread showers and thunderstorms. An inch of rain is possible
in a few spots, with most places getting between a quarter and a
half of an inch.
