Late night and early morning frost is likely throughout the valleys
of Central and Northern Pennsylvania late Wednesday night/early Thursday
and Thursday night/early Friday. Rural areas in the Lower and Mid
Susquehanna Valley could see the first frost of the season early
Friday morning.
