A deep low over eastern Canada will result in windy conditions
with bands of lake effect snow showers tonight into Monday.
Winter weather advisories and warnings are in effect through early
Monday afternoon across northwestern Pennsylvania. Snowfall
totals of 6 inches or more are expected in the warning area by
late Monday.

Gusty winds to 35 to 45 miles per hour will gradually taper off
overnight, remaining breezy but not as strong on Monday. Blowing
and drifting snow could result in prolonged travel impacts even
after roadways are cleared by plows.

Lows by Monday morning will range from the mid 20s across the
northwest, to the lower 30s in the southeast. Highs on Monday will
be mainly in the 30s. The southeast part of the Keystone state
will be a bit milder, with highs in the lower to mid 40s.
