Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms have developed this
morning over western Pennsylvania and will continue to increase in
coverage into the afternoon and evening. Locally heavy rainfall
will be possible with any thunderstorms. Highs today will range
from the mid 70s across the northern tier of PA, to the lower 80s
near the Maryland border. Lows tonight will be mainly in the 60s
while high temperatures over the weekend will be mainly in the
70s, and lows in the 60s.

Unsettled weather is expected through the weekend, with periods
of showers and thunderstorms continuing. The heaviest rainfall
through the weekend is expected over the western half of the
Commonwealth where rainfall through Monday morning could approach
2 inches.
