Clouds will increase this morning followed by a return to cloud-
free skies from west to east this afternoon and evening. High
temperatures will range from the lower 60s in the Poconos to the
low 70s in Western Pennsylvania.

Widespread valley fog is possible tonight, especially in eastern
Pennsylvania. After morning fog mixes out, temperatures will
trend warmer on Thursday under mostly sunny skies. A weak,
moisture-deprived cold front will move through on Friday, ushering
in a beautiful weekend. Halloween is expected to be mild and dry.
The next chance for any widespread rain will be Sunday night.
