River valley fog will form in the northern and central mountains, burning away post-sunrise. Tuesday should be another partly to mostly sunny day with the wind starting to turn to the south. Expect highs near 80 in Pittsburgh and upper 60s in the northeastern mountains. Lows will be around 50 in the Poconos and 65 on Lake Erie Tuesday night. Wednesday should be dry for most of the state. However, places that are both north of I-80 and west of Route 219 will have very light and widely scattered showers. Expect highs in the 80s, except for the northeast where they will hold between 75 and 80 degrees. $$
