Expect clearing skies and breezy winds this afternoon and into
the evening hours. High temperatures today will range from the
upper 50s across parts of northwestern Pennsylvania to the lower
70s across the southeast piedmont.

Winds will decrease overnight as high pressure builds in from the
west with generally clear skies. Low temperatures overnight will
range from near 30 degrees in portions of northwestern
Pennsylvania to the mid-40s in and around Philadelphia. Frost is
probable across northern and western Pennsylvania overnight into
Thursday morning and could damage sensitive vegetation.

The trend of near- to-below average temperatures will continue
into the weekend, with low temperatures across much of the
Commonwealth dropping into the 30s Thursday night.
