Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected across
the Commonwealth today and Thursday, mainly during the afternoon
and evening. Locally heavy rain may lead to rainfall amounts of
several inches, which could result in flash flooding. Isolated
strong to damaging thunderstorm winds are also possible.

Daytime high temperatures each day will be mainly in the 80s to
near 90 degrees. Lows will range from the mid 60s to low to mid
70s.

Daily chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms will persist
at least into the weekend. The least likely period of time for
showers and storms will be Friday into the day light hours on
Saturday, before the chances of rain ramp back up late Saturday
into Sunday.
