Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
548 PM EDT Tue Jun 17 2025

A warm front will lift slowly to the northeast across the
Keystone state late today and tonight. Warm and moist air
overrunning this boundary will create numerous clusters of
showers and some embedded thunderstorms that will be focused over
the western half of the state tonight. Some of the storms will
contain locally heavy downpours and any of these heavy showers
that move over the same locations could lead to dangerous flash
flooding. A flood watch is in effect for central and western
sections of Pennsylvania through 10 pm this evening.

temperatures will settle into the mid 60s to near 70 degrees for
overnight lows tonight.

Wednesday will be warmer, with a likelihood for mainly afternoon
and evening showers and storms. Highs will range from the mid to
upper 70s across the mountains, to the mid 80s across the
southeast.
