High pressure centered over Eastern PA will keep a firm grip on
our weather into the midweek period with unseasonably mild
and dry conditions, light wind and variable amounts of mid and
high clouds.

Afternoon highs today will be in the upper 50s and 60s with the
warmest locations being in the southwest with a few places seeing
70 to 72 degrees. Lows tonight will be in the mid to upper 30s in
the east but close to 50 degrees on the WV border where the
blanketing cloud cover will be the thickest.

Temperatures will continue to trend upward right through the
midweek period when readings will peak at 15 to 20 degrees above
normal.

The next, and first chance for measurable rain in a long time
comes late Wednesday or Wednesday night when some rain showers
will precede and accompany a cold frontal passage.
