...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN WARREN COUNTY
THROUGH 745 PM EDT...

At 652 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 15 miles east of Meadville to 10 miles
northwest of Oil City to 19 miles northeast of Franklin. Movement was
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Enterprise, Garland, Grand Valley, Chapman State Park, and Tidioute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
