...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL COLUMBIA COUNTY
THROUGH 1115 PM EDT...
At 1103 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Berwick, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Berwick, Mifflinville, and Briar Creek.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
