...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL SCHUYLKILL...
NORTHUMBERLAND...NORTHEASTERN SNYDER...SOUTHERN MONTOUR AND SOUTHERN
COLUMBIA COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM EDT...

At 602 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sunbury, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Pottsville, Sunbury, Shamokin, Mount Carmel, Selinsgrove, Shenandoah,
Danville, Minersville, Mahanoy City, Frackville, Northumberland, St.
Clair, Kulpmont, Ashland, Elysburg, Fairview-Ferndale, Riverside,
Port Carbon, Trevorton, and Tremont.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
