* At 658 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Youngsville,
  moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Warren, Sheffield, Youngsville, Warren South, Chapman State Park,
  Starbrick, and Clarendon.

This includes the following highways...
 Route 6 from Pittsfield to near Ludlow.
 Route 62 from north of Tidioute to Warren.
 State Road 59 from Warren to Kinzua Dam.
