...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM EDT
FOR EASTERN LANCASTER COUNTY...

At 518 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Adamstown to Honey Brook to Rock Springs, moving east
at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
New Holland, Paradise, Reamstown, Quarryville, Gap, Adamstown, Terre
Hill, Wakefield, Churchtown, Bowmansville, Intercourse, and
Christiana.

This includes The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 285 to 295.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
