...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches.

* WHERE...Blair, Somerset, Southern Centre, and Southern Clinton
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions for the Wednesday
  evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief period of heavier snow is possible
  later this afternoon into the early evening. Snow tapers off by
  late tonight with patchy freezing drizzle overnight into early
  Thursday morning.
