The lake effect snow bands should continue into Friday afternoon,
but will be lighter than recent bands have been. Additional
accumulations should be between 1 and 3 inches for McKean County.

* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2
  and 4 inches with higher amounts possible north of Route 6.

* WHERE...Warren County.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

During lake effect snow, the weather can vary from bands of locally
heavy snow to dry weather just a few miles away. Visibilities can
also vary greatly. Be prepared for rapid changes in weather,
visibility, and road conditions.
