...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

Temperatures have slowly risen to between 33 and 36 degrees across
the region, ending the threat for additional light ice accumulation
from freezing drizzle.

Temperatures will continue to rise further this morning and reach
the mid to upper 40s, just ahead of a strong cold frontal passage.

...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS
MORNING TO 4 PM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 3 and 6 inches possible, with accumulations upwards of 7
  to 9 inches across across the northern half of the area. Winds
  could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 4 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
