...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH
FRIDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations 6
  inches or more possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The heavy snow and
  gusty winds may result in significant to widespread Thanksgiving
  holiday travel disruptions. Gusty winds may produce areas of
  blowing and drifting snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for travel disruptions and rapid changes in visibility
and road conditions.
