...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 7
AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations around
  one quarter of an inch. Sleet and snow totals will be less than an
  inch.

* WHERE...Warren, McKean, Elk, Clearfield, Cambria, and Somerset
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will
  impact the Friday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 7 AM
EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations up to one
  tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Most of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From noon today to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Much of the precipitation could fall as
  sleet. Sleet and freezing rain can both be dangerous, especially
  on bridges and sidewalks. They can also weigh down tree limbs and
  power lines. Power outages are possible.
