.DISCUSSION...
Expect minimal fire weather concerns today due to plentiful
surface moisture and widespread chances for showers and
thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Storms will have the
potential to bring lightning and gusty winds, but most should be
accompanied by locally heavy rainfall.
Fire weather concerns will creep up again on Thursday and Friday
as RH falls to near critical once again. Breezy conditions in
Carbon county will produce elevated to near critical fire weather
conditions. There will also be potential for high-based
thunderstorm activity with limited rainfall both days. Saturday
will bring a break in fire weather concerns before another
warming/drying trend takes over Sunday through early next week.
