Elevated fire weather continues today west of the Laramie range, but a cool front will push westward tonight, bringing higher humidity to the valleys of Carbon and Albany counties by Tuesday morning. Expect higher coverage of showers and thunderstorms today and tomorrow, with Tuesday bringing the best chance for wetting rainfall across the area. A warming and drying trend will return Wednesday through the weekend. Elevated to near critical atmospheric conditions are possible particularly on Friday and Saturday with breezy southwest winds, near record high temperatures, and RH as low as the single digits.
