FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING
.DISCUSSION...

Elevated to critical fire weather conditions possible through
late week with a ridge of high pressure building across the zone.
Under this setup, minimum humidity values are expected to drop to
the low teens, with increased wind speeds possible Thursday. Fire
weather watch is in effect for central Platte and southwest Goshen
county Thursday morning through Thursday afternoon. In addition
elevated to near critical fire weather conditions are possible
across Converse and Niobrara county Thursday. Warm and dry weather
is expected to persist through next week.
