...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT JUST WEST OF FE WARREN AIR FORCE BASE
UNTIL 11 PM TONIGHT...

...VERY WINDY CONDITIONS POSSIBLE TODAY AT BURN SITE WITH GUSTS UP
TO 50 MPH...

A Pacific storm system will move over Cheyenne this morning and then
east of the area by this afternoon. Winds will quickly increase behind
this storm, likely beginning sometime between 900 AM and noon local
time. Can`t rule out a few showers mixing with snow at times later in
the morning, but it should remain dry for most of the day. Winds
will gradually diminish by late this evening with light and variable
winds expected on Tuesday.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (60-70 percent). Chance of rain
                    and snow showers early in the morning, then
                    Slight chance of rain showers in the afternoon.
CWR.................5 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 50 degrees.
Min humidity........30 to 40 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Windy. West winds 13 to 23 mph with gusts to
                    around 35 mph increasing to 22 to 32 mph with
