.DISCUSSION...
Southeast winds will continue through the remainder of the afternoon.
Gusts from these southeast winds up to 28-30 mph at times. Look for
chance for showers and storms to increase through the late afternoon.
Peak time frame for storms will be 2100 to 0300...but could begin as
early as 1500. Low clouds and fog expected overnight as humidity
continues to increase...so expect excellent overnight humidity
recoveries. Fog and low clouds may persist through Thursday morning
before breaking up and showers and storms redevelop Thursday afternoon.
