Precipitation chances expected this morning through the early afternoon
hours as the remnants of a weather system move out of the area. Humidity
values will remain high today, with minimum relative humidity values
around 75 to 80% during the day today, maxing out around 100%. Clearing
skies through the evening hours, with light and variable winds throughout
much of the day. Light, westerly winds return this evening around 8pm.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (80-90 percent). Patchy fog early
                    in the morning. Rain showers likely and slight
                    chance of snow showers in the morning, then
                    slight chance of rain showers in the afternoon.
