.DISCUSSION...Other than an isolated rain shower or two this morning,
pretty quiet weather today with a breezy south to southeast wind
occasionally gusting to 25 mph at times. Mostly cloudy skies
this morning will become mostly sunny by mid to late afternoon.
Daytime minimum relative humidities will be quite high with values
likely ranging between 55 to 65 percent today and Wednesday.
