.DISCUSSION...

Elevated fire weather conditions are expected today. Westerly winds
will increase shortly and continue through the day. Regular gusts
to around 45 mph can be expected with minimum RH in the upper teens.
Winds will drop off quickly late this afternoon, becoming north, then
northeast, and finally variable, before settling on southeast late
tonight into early Monday morning. Southeast winds will increase
Monday, gusting to around 30 mph through the day. RH will be higher
Monday, only dropping to around 30%. Southeast winds may increase
Monday night.
