.DISCUSSION...
On Monday expect precipitation to be remaining in the region
during the morning hours, but by the afternoon it should be
exiting with skies then clearing. Then Monday evening through
Tuesday, precipitation chances should be zero as the region clears
out fully. Winds will be light Monday and then become a bit more
breezy from the southwest with gusts around 20-25 mph. Smoke
dispersal will be best Tuesday under the ridge.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (65-75 percent) then becoming
                    mostly sunny (35-45 percent). Chance of rain
                    showers and slight chance of snow showers in
                    the morning.
