.DISCUSSION...
Precipitation is unlikely during the day today, however, strong winds
are expected. A high temperature around 20 is forecast with a minimum
relative humidity near 55 percent. West winds at 30 MPH with gusts to
55 MPH are possible. Snow will return Thursday night with accumulations
of 3 to 4 inches possible. Strong winds will continue overnight. Winds
will finally weaken during the day Friday, however, snow showers with
accumulating snow are still likely.
