.DISCUSSION...Yesterday`s storm system is moving east into the
Great Plains today with lighter winds and quiet weather through
tonight. Low level moisture will help keep daytime relative
humidities between 30 to 45 percent for most of the day with a
daytime minimum between 25 to 30 percent.
