Wednesday minimum afternoon RH recoveries are poor, with values in the 10-20% range. This, coupled with a lack
of moisture and gusty, downslope winds bring a risk of elevated fire weather conditons. Winds are
expected to be westerly Wednesday, around 15-25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph during the day, and lowering
to 10-15 mph in the evening. Winds remain westerly on Thursday, around 15-22 mph. Thursday daytime minimum RH values are
expected to be 5-10%.
