.DISCUSSION...

Light snow showers are expected throughout the day. An inch or two of
new snow accumulation will be possible during the day. High temperatures
are expected to be around 25 degrees with gusty west winds leading to
wind chills in the single digits to below zero. Minimum relative humidity
is expected to be around 75 percent. Snow will continue overnight, with
more steady, and heavier precipitation expected. Further snow accumulations
of 1 to 3 inches are expected Tuesday night. Light and variable winds
likely overnight. Snow showers will continue into Wednesday morning with
additional snow accumulations up to an inch possible. A Winter Weather
Advisory is in effect from 5 AM Tuesday until 11 AM Wednesday. Accumulating
snow and blowing snow are expected. Winds will remain calm throughout the
day Wednesday with a high temperatures around 18 degrees expected.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (60-70 percent). Chance of snow in
                    the morning, then snow likely in the afternoon.
CWR.................18 percent increasing to 31 percent late in the
                    afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 23.
Min humidity........77 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Breezy. West winds 16 to 25 mph with gusts to
                    around 47 mph decreasing to around 14 mph late
                    in the afternoon.
