.DISCUSSION...

Mostly quiet conditions will be present for the remainder of the day.
However, cannot rule out a stray shower/storm that sneaks up from the
South Laramie Range. Westerly winds at about 10 MPH are forecast this
afternoon, but will become more light and variable overnight. Humidity
overnight will rise to about 50 percent. Dry conditions are once again
expected for Thursday with a minimum relative humidity around 10 percent.
Strong west winds at 20 MPH with gusts to 35 MPH will create critical fire
weather conditions. Showers will be possible during the afternoon, however,
given the dry low and mid-level, dry lightning will be a concern.
