* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 expected.

* WHERE...Converse County Lower Elevations, Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley
  Mountains, North Snowy Range Foothills, and Southwest Carbon
  County.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
