...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN DAWES...NORTHERN
SIOUX AND SOUTHEASTERN NIOBRARA COUNTIES THROUGH 1030 PM MDT...

At 922 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles north of Harrison, or 30 miles east of Lusk, moving northeast
at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Chadron, Harrison, Whitney, Chadron Municipal Airport, Whitney Lake,
Montrose, Fort Robinson State Park, Toadstool Geological Park and
Campground, and Dawes County Fairgrounds.
