Localized dense fog has developed across portions of far eastern
Wyoming and the central/southern Nebraska panhandle. Visibility of
under one quarter mile has been observed. Allow for extra time
if traveling in the area this morning. Expect gradual improvement
of these conditions through the late morning hours.
