.DISCUSSION...
Issued at 222 PM CST Sat Nov 22 2025

Winds will become light and variable tonight. Dewpoints are expected
to be running in the 30s by morning. Have inserted patchy fog in
the wx grids for the morning hours as a result of the light/variable
winds and low T/Td depressions. Lows should mainly be above freezing
today and should be in the mid to upper 30s.

A large upper level low is still expected to move out across the central
Rockies Sunday. A band of showers is expected to develop in association
with this UL feature across the state of Kansas during the day. This
will be a high POP but low QPF event, as boundary layer moisture
could be better than what it is currently forecast to achieve. Highs
tomorrow will be in the mix of the 50s to 60s.

The upper level low clears the greater region Monday. The net result
is a dry forecast. Looking beyond Monday, we are forecast to be in
dry upper level northwest flow aloft. Weak lee troughing is expected
at the surface. The net result in mild and near normal temperatures
with a dry forecast continuing for the rest of the period.

.AVIATION /00Z TAFS THROUGH 00Z SUNDAY/...
Issued at 509 PM CST Sat Nov 22 2025

VFR conditions will prevail in vicinity of all TAF sites through
early Sunday morning. Patchy fog development may be possible toward
daybreak with very light winds, increasing relative humidity, and
clear skies expected. This will increase the potential for MVFR vsbys
in vicinity of all TAF sites generally after 09-11Z. Light and variable
winds will persist through early Sunday as surface high pressure
edges eastward through north Texas into the Mississippi River Valley
by Sunday afternoon.
